So far, the Outlook Add-In seems to work great - except I have to keep re-logging in to it? Any suggestions?
Hello Joe,The plugin always uses Internet Explorer to connect. Please tell me, do you have any custom security or privacy settings in IE (cookies expiring shortly, for example)? Also, when and how exactly does this happen? Do you have to log in each time you open Outlook or are you being logged out as you use the plugin (if so - are there any specific time intervals in which this happens)?Best regards,David
I have IE8 .... and the security is set to medium low .... It seems to stay connected if I keep IE8 open .... but if I close IE I will lose connection ..

Hi Joe,Are you behind a proxy? This version does have known issues while being used under a proxy.Also, please try to make sure that you are connected to the internet before starting the plugin.Thanks,Brendon.
I work for a giant mega 100 yr old corporation- so I am sure I am behind every know firewall/proxy that has ever existed - usually nothing works - so I was surprised and impressed your Outlook integration worked at all. I will go back and re install the latest Add-In - it seemed to work well as long as I kept IE8 open (can you believe we are still on IE8!). Anyway, I am a todo freak and switched from Toodledo to you guys ... loving everything so far. Toodledo's interface was just too cluttered. I am amazed that you virtually have all the same functionality with such a clean interface (iOS and Web). Very well done.
