Outlook plugin - Fired an exception

L

Hi,
New user to your program. I'm getting the below error. A search suggested to upgrade to IE10 but I'm not really interested in doing that right now. Using Win7 and OL2010.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please try logging out of Todoist as well as clearing the cache for IE. This could help. If it does not, please try re-installing the plugin while Outlook is still running.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Thanks,

I reinstalled the plugin, allowing it to close OL during the installation and the error is gone!

Didn't clear the cache first though.

Sorry .... error is back. I think it has something to do with opening and closing outlook over the course of a day. Please help.

Hi,

Please try re-installing .NET Framework 4 : http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=17851

Please try clearing the cache for IE this time and let me know if it continues.

Thanks,
Brendon.
