Hello Lars,Please try to uninstall the plugin (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist" in the Control Panel -> Programs and features), redownload it from https://todoist.com/outlook reinstall it and see if the issue persists.Also, please make sure you have the latest version of IE installed on your computer and try to clear IE's cache.If this won't help, please tell me:- What version of Outlook are you using?- How does this issue occur exactly? You don't see the plugin pane at all, you do see it, but you get an error message? It's stuck on the "Loading" screen?Best regards,David
Hi,it now has fired an excetion, shall I send you the code?In the morning when the first issue occured I could see the panel, but it was white. Not eben came to the loading screen. Then later, suddenly everything was ok,now the exception...Lars

Lars,If you're using Windows 7, please upgrade to IE 10 and let me know if the issue persists. Also, try to right-click within the plugin area and choose "Reload frame".Best regards,David
