Hello Lars,

Please try to uninstall the plugin (it's listed as "OutlookTodoist" in the Control Panel -> Programs and features), redownload it from https://todoist.com/outlook reinstall it and see if the issue persists.

Also, please make sure you have the latest version of IE installed on your computer and try to clear IE's cache.

If this won't help, please tell me:
- What version of Outlook are you using?
- How does this issue occur exactly? You don't see the plugin pane at all, you do see it, but you get an error message? It's stuck on the "Loading" screen?

Best regards,
David

Lars,

Please copy/paste the content of the exception here and also, please tell me - did reinstalling the plugin caused the exception or have you not tried to reinstall it yet?

Also, please tell me:
- What version of IE do you have installed on your computer?
- What version of Outlook are you using?

Best regards,
David

Sorry, forgot that...
Here is the exception, it happened before deinstallation:

I now reinstalled. All I see is a white space again (inside the pane):

It changed suddenly a little:

I use IE 9.0.12 and Outlook 2007 SP3

Lars,

If you're using Windows 7, please upgrade to IE 10 and let me know if the issue persists. Also, try to right-click within the plugin area and choose "Reload frame".

Best regards,
David
