Todoist seems to currently be unusable in both web and Windows version. The login time is very long and many of the facilities have stopped working. The Windows version frequently now just closes. This has all happened in the last couple of days. Beforehand it was all working perfectly.

Hello,

Please try to log out of Todoist, clear your browser's cache, reload the browser and then log back in and see if the issue persists.

If it does, please tell me:
- What browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser (if so - which one)?
- Are you trying to search for the label by typing its name into the search box, for example: @work and no results come up even though you're certain you have tasks with this label?

Best regards,
David

I am seeing this problem in the Windows Todoist app, in the Outlook addon and when viewing my tasks using Firefox 20.0.1

I have two labels, one with 27 items and one with 13. If I click on the @ to view the labels and then on the label links I get the message 'No tasks matches your query'

Andrew,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. Please try to update your browser to Firefox 21.0, clear its cache, log out of Todoist and then back in and let me know if the issue persists. If it does, please tell me what's the exact name of the label.

Best regards,
David

I've done the above - still no luck.

I have two labels and they are both giving the same problem:

Not-Date-Specific
Abacus-Construction-Action-Plan

Andrew please try to type @Not-Date-Specific into the search box, then try to type @not-date-specific (only using lowercase letters) and let me know if you can find these tasks this way or if the issue persists.

I can confirm that searching with uppercase letters doesn't work in this case, but lowercase should work (even though the label has uppercase letters).

Best regards,
David

I can confirm that it works using lower case letters only. The quick fix for me then has been to rename the labels.

Thanks for looking into this and I hope that you can sort out this bug soon!

This issue should be fixed in v116 of the web-app.

Thanks,
Brendon.
