I'm running Windows 8 w/ Office 2013 and just started getting this error upon opening Outlook. I've closed and re-oped the program several times, and each time the same error pop's up. Any solutions?

Hello Eric,

Please try to install this updated version of the plugin and let me know if the issue persists: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/a0bd7edc06eb7c101535d87a0e4d736f/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.RC.exe

Update -- the only downside is that I've now got two (2) Todoist buttons on my quick access bar, and I can't seem to disable the older plugin... Should I just try to delete it?

Hi Eric,

Have you gone to Control Panel, and checked if there are two versions of the plugin shown there? If there are then removing the older one should fix that problem.

If you go to File, Manage Addins from the outlook menu you should be able to enable and disable the plugins as well.

Also, before doing this, have you tried a simple reboot of the system to see if it fixes it?

If you need more explanation please let me know.

Thanks,
Brendon.
