Printing

From the Todoist for Windows, when I go to settings and print current page, this takes me to the Todist web site and I can not print the page of to dos.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Todist but the problem still exists.
Can you help solve this please ?

Hi John,

What browser are you using? Do you have any special printer software installed?

I can't seem to re-produce this issue. Clicking Print Page opens up my Chrome, which is also how I print pages, and loads up the page to be printed.

What exactly happens when you click print current page? Does anything open, any messages?

@John:

It's working for me at the moment, I click Setting > Print Current page. This causes Chrome to open with the list of tasks I was viewing. A pop-up asks if I want to include notes, I can choose OK or Cancel. After either choice, my standard print dialog pops up and I can slick "Print" to finish.

Reading your replies may me wonder about whether there was an add-in that I should have installed in Firefox.

So after installing this, it is now working as you described. Prior to this it would simply open the Todoist web site.

Brendon,

It seems that printing notes with tasks only works in Chrome for me. However, I am also realizing that the option to print notes with tasks only comes up when I'm either printing from the "Today" query or any query I type into the query box. However, if I wanted to print the task list under a project, it won't give me the option to print the notes. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Printing notes is available on all browsers, but there's currently a glitch making it not work in some browsers. We're working on a fix right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
