Hello Vanda,

Thank you very much for you report, I've been able to reproduce this issue and I've passed it to the developers.

Best regards,
David

Vanda,

Please check your printer settings or try a different browser. If you see the colors in the preview, then your printer should print the exact same page as seen. Make sure it's not set to black & white mode.

Best regards,
David

David,
I've tried IE, Firefox & Chrome - with all 3 - when I try to print current page - in the print screen I do not see the colors that I have assigned to each projec. So I understand that this should not be a consequence of my printer settings.
Can you help with this?

Vanda,

Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce this issue. No matter what view I choose, it always shows the colors in any browser in the print preview. Are you using any software that came with your printer which may "take over" the print preview and instead of the browser handling it, it shows you the preview in this software?

Best regards,
David

Hello Again David,
Please find enclosed a print screen of my trial using Chrome, you see the screens and when the print screen apears the colors desapear.
I am using my company printers set up - this is the only program that has problems with this. Is there any specific set up that I can identify and change?
