Gavin,

Please tell me - how exactly are you typing in these characters? DO you use any special software to do it? Can you copy paste them from somewhere else or is this also not possible?

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

I use Microsoft's built-in Chinese input method.
I can copy words and paste them.

There are some examples and I hope that they could help you to find the issue.

Gavin,

Thank you for the details, I will pass this information to the developers. So far, we're unfortunately unable to reproduce this issue and we're unsure what's causing it.

Please tell me - did you ever encounter such issue in any other application?

Best regards,
David

David,

I think that I found the key-point.
I have tried third-party Chinese input method and there is no problem.
May be there are some issue with Microsoft's built-in Chinese input method?
Hope the information is useful.

Best regards,
Gavin.
