I would like to print a list of all my projects but when I am on the front page and I click to print current page it defaults to my current tasks due.
Hello Dale,Please enter "viewall" (or "va") to the search box in the top-left corner and when you're on this page, use the "Print current page" from the gear icon in the top-right corner. This will print out all your tasks across all projects.Best regards,David
I am also not able to print my list of projects/tasks. I have done as you recommended and after clicking on "Print current Page" from the top-right corner, the box pops up but there is no way to send this list to the printer. Am I missing something?Monica
Hello Monica,What browser are you using? When you do this it should open up the software you are using to print. If you could try this on an another browser we could then know if the issue is with your current one.Thanks,Brendon.
Hi Brendon,i was having the same issue with IE10 (I am using ver. 10.0.9200.16599). I have tried in Firefox (ver. 21.0) and it seems to work fine.Tks, Bill
Is it possible to print a project list that includes the color-coding Todoist permits you to select for each project? I use a color coding scheme to designate priority and it would be useful to see that in the printed project list. Thanks,Christy
Hello Crystal,Unfortunately, that's not possible. That is - not if you're printing the "view all" list. If you would print your today or 7 days list, then you would see the dots representing the projects' colors on the right. We will consider adding such option in the future (and include these colors on the "view all" list) and you're welcome to request it in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/Best regards,David
The "print current list" doesn't work for Safari 7.0.1 browser for me, but did work when I switched to Chrome 29.0.1547.65. (Mac OS X 10.9.1)
Hi Priscilla,Print Current Page seems to work within Safari for me, please try clearing the cache for Safari and trying again.Regards,Brendon.
