How can I add Time mentions to my tasks?

H

If I need to to a specific task some day at 10AM and send a reminder at 9:30AM, how can I do that?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

When creating a task, the task creation box has an area for a name, and area for a date. Simply choose the date you would like and click "add task". Once it's created there is a gear icon to the right of that task, clicking on that gives some options, click on "reminders" and this will give a new popup with options to create the reminder you would like to have.

Alternatively you could type something like "friday at 10am" in the date box, and it creates an automatic 30 minutes before reminder.

If you need more explanation please let me know.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Thaks for yo quick feedback.

Ok for the reminder, but how can I simply add time precision to a specific task.

Example:

Buy food - Monday April 29th - 5pm

Hi,

There is no way to enter that all together. You would need to put "buy food" in the task name area, and then enter "29 April at 5pm" in the date area.

You can read up on entering dates and time here.

Hi,

I'm using the Google Calendar with Todoist, is time also synced or is it just the date that is?

Hi,

Yes the time should be synced with the Calendar. If they do not show up for you please let me know.

Thanks,
Brendon.
