Just upgraded from trial to Premium,
I am unable to upload files from my desktop.
Clicking Upload returns dots and no document list to select from.
Please clarify for me,
-which version of the Todoist app are running.
Please try logging out and back in again.
Windows XP desktop version just re-dowloaded from TD site.
Did logging out and back in again work for you?
Yes, tried logout and back to no avail.
Select file does not go anywhere to select.
Clicking Upload returns: no file selected (obviously if i cannot select from my HD documents)
Please try installing this early release version of the app.
What type of file are you trying to upload, how large is the file? Have you tried another file to see if it works?
Hi Brendon, Installed version above. Same problem. It's just does not enable choosing a file to upload. Clicking choose file gets nowhere. Files i tried are small PDF files on my harddrive.
Please tell me :
- Did you uninstall the old version through Programs and Features before installing the new one (also, was the old app closed as you've uninstalled it, it must quit through the TD icon in the notifications area)?
- Are you using the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Windows XP?
- Is your system up-to-date (incl. all service packs)?
File Select and Upload works fine now after uninstalling TD, deleting the old associated exe from Registry and installing the latest release you sent.
