Hello JB,

Please try to install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/82b87011c7a86df0809676bb96ebfa9b/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and if the issue persists, please clarify what crashes do you experience exactly - when you open Outlook? Try to install the plugin? Do something specific within the plugin? Do you see an error message?

Best regards,
David

Is this the latest version? I just installed again this morning so do not want to do it again, if it is not necessary.

The crash just gives me an error notice and asks if I want to send the report. I have been agreeing to this. The only way to recover once this happens is to uninstall and reinstall. This has happened at start-up and while Outlook is running but there is no activity in ToDoist.

JB,

Yes, this is a new version that we haven't published yet. We would greatly appreciate if you could install it and let us know if the issue persists.

This version loaded last night, but now the todoist bar shows up in every window... new e-mail, replies, sent mail, etc. I am not sure if others can the in my sent mail, but it looks like they can.

JB,

The plugin pane on the right side should be visible regardless of what folder you access in Outlook. It's added on the right side as a frame and unfortunately, it may be impossible to make a setting that it should disappear when you enter a different folder.

It is showing up in the new message panes as well....this did not happen, previously...or, I did not notice because it was minimized.

JB,

Please clarify - you click on "Write message" and when the new window, that you can use to type the new message in (or reply to an existing message) opens up, you see the Todoist pane within this window (so that there are two panes - one in the write message window and one on the main Outlook window)?

Best regards,
David
