Email Error: Your are not premium -- But I Am!

I signed up for the Premium product this morning but cannot get the e-mail to create a task function to work. I get a response e-mail with the subject "Todoist Email Error: You are not premium"

I've tried logging out and then back in. And in the Premium window it shows me paid/subscribed through Apr 2014.

How do I get this fixed?

Hello Jason,

Please right-click on a project, choose "Email tasks to this project" and at the bottom of this window add:

@gmail.com

to the list (just that - @gmail.com without your login) or any other domain from which you're sending emails to this project and let me know if the issue persists.

Also, if you've subscribed very recently, please wait about an hour to make sure all changes have taken effect.

It's been a couple hours since I subscribed and made the changes you suggested. Still getting the error e-mail.

Any more advice?

Jason,

If you've added the addresses you're using to send out the emails, have logged out and back into Todoist after you've upgraded to Premium and the issue persists then there's unfortunately nothing else you could do at this point. I have passed this issue to the developers and we'll look into it on our end as soon as we can/ Sorry for the inconvenience.

Still getting this e-mail --

It seems like you are not a premium member. Please read more about Todoist Email here:

I have jabernstein7@gmail.com and @gmail.com as acceptable e-mails.

Frankly, this feature is the only reason I subscribed to the Premium product, which doesn't even work!
