problems with filters

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble getting one of my filters to work. Here is what I'm typing :

today, p1 @medenergy

The problem is that the results don't only show me my priority one tasks for today labeled with @medenergy, it shows me all of my tasks for tomorrow, and the rest of the week also.

Thanks,

Peter

Hello Peter,

Please clarify - do you see all tasks for the week sorted by day just as on the "7 days" view or are you referring to the "priority 1" section which will indeed show you all tasks regardless of their due date as long as they have the priority you're searching for.

Best regards,
David

Peter,

This is the correct behavior. The default operator for these king of searches is OR, therefore you'll see all tasks that are today regardless of their priority and then a list of tasks with priority 1 regardless of their due date.

We're going to improve this in the future by introducing operators to our search function. This is a draft showing how they will work: http://cl.ly/text/2d0P3i0k2V11

Please let us know if you'd like such implementation or if we should make it different.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

Yes absolutely, I would totally love that! Thanks for sharing that new feature with me.
