My SubTasks Data is gone!
Hi, I just entered my Todoist account, and three tasks of four are empty, the last time I checked it was complete, each one was supposed to have approximately 10 to 20 sub-tasks, that are really important! But today they´re gone!!
What information do you need to check and help me? What happened to have caused this issue? How can I restore the Data?
I haven´t marked them as completed or deleted them.

Please clarify - are you referring to projects that became empty and had no tasks in them or tasks that had sub-tasks and the sub-tasks disappeared?
I can assure you that it's technically not possible for any data to be lost unless deleted or checked off. Please enter each affected project and click on the "Get completed tasks" link at the bottom multiple times to see if the tasks are there. Also, try to search for a label that one of these tasks might have had or for tasks with a certain priority (if any of them were prioritized).

- Tasks for this week
- Very Important Tasks
- Important Tasks
- Non Important Tasks
And each task approximately 10 to 20 sub tasks. The first three of them, are empty today. Only the last one has it´s sub-tasks.
I checked the "Get competed tasks" and it´s empty. And also looked for the labels I know these subtasks had, and they´re also gone.
Like I said, I didn´t mark them as complete or deleted them.
PLEASE HELP ME! Is there any way to recover or restore to the last time I know everything was ok?
Unfortunately, a free Todoist account doesn't offer any option to recover data. With Todoist Premium, you'd have one backup of all your data created automatically each day and the option to import all tasks for each project from this backup. It would also be possible to check your completion history and search for tasks by name.
Again, it is technically impossible for any data to be lost in Todoist, we have advanced mechanisms preventing it and we're unsure how can your tasks be gone without deleting or completing them.
Have you ever shared your Todoist password with anyone or have any security breach on your computer or a virus/keylogger?

I think I know the answer to this question, but still: Even if I buy the premium account at this present moment, I can´t recover this lost data, or can I?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to recover this data as from the moment you buy Premium, Todoist will start generating backups (or you could start making backups).
