To change the priority of a task, please right-click on the task and select the priority from the context menu. Or, left-click on a task and type !p1, !p2, !p3 or !p4 within the task's name.
If this doesn't work, please tell me:
- How are you trying to change the priority (right-click, while editing a task, within a project, a date view etc.)?
- What happens exactly if you do so (is the context menu not displayed correctly, does the task not change the priority)?
I used to change the priority all the time, but now if I select a task, right click on it and then select a priority, nothing happens. Context menu is displayed, but I cannot change the priority (nothing happens when selecting a priority).
Please try to uninstall the plugin through Control Panel -> Programs and Features and then install this update: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/82b87011c7a86df0809676bb96ebfa9b/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists.
That didn't work. Im using Outlook 2010.
I re-stared Outlook after installing the new version of the Todoist plugin and it's working now. Thanks for the help.
