- Are you using the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Outlook?

This integration is the main reason I paid for premium access.

Right now, please try to use the Premium feature "Emailing tasks to projects". It allows you to forward messages to Todoist instead of linking to them through the Outlook plugin.
