Outlook Todoist

In ToDoist Outlook, I'm getting "Error: Empty Response From Server" when attempting to connect. I've already attempted a reinstall and validated that the COM Add-Ins shows it's enabled.

Hello Tim,

Please tell me:
- Did you download the latest version from http://todoist.com/outlook recently?
- What version of Outlook are you using (2007, 2010 or 2013) and what edition (32-bit or 64-bit)?

Also, please describe exactly when does this issue happen - you open Outlook while being online, you see the Todoist plugin pane and inside this error? Or do you open Outlook while being offline, then connect and at this point the error pops up as a system error or within the plugin pane?

Downloaded the ToDoist Outlook plugin today and am using it on Office 2010 (Version 14.0.6123.5001 32 bit)
I have the Todoist addin (ver 2.0.1.0) enabled and rather than show my tasks, I just get a white dialog box with the words:

Error:
Empty Response from Server

I have Todoist client and that is working without issue.

This looks to be an issue with our proxy server that is only impacting the Outlook version of Todoist. When connecting within the corporate network, I get the error. When connected to the internet outside of work and running outlook, Todoist works. I do not have enough details about the proxy servers to provide any additional info... so the ticket can be closed.
