How to login to the Mac App?

Periodically, because of proxy interference at work where I need to re-enter my Proxy credentials for Internet access, my Todoist app on the Mac just displays a white screen. When I click Sync, it says I need to be logged in but there is no option to Login.

How can I get around this issue?

Thanks

Hello Steven,

Please click on the TD dock icon and you'll be able to find a Logout option there which should redirect you back to the login page.

Best regards,
David

I have the same problem, but can't find a 'logout' option when i click on the TD dock icon.
The app works on my iPhone.
What do i do wrong?

Hello,

Please make sure that you have the latest Mac app installed from this location: http://todoist.com/mac If you do, please confirm - you don't see the logout option here: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/cb504d49b35d4d5e6d62497eea81ed3a/as/Screen+Shot+2012-12-17+at+2.32.43+PM.png ?

Hi,

I logout and try to login (Using Google) and it just takes me to my browser (Safari) to log me in. But the desktop app never logs in. I'm running Mac OS 10.8, and the latest Todoist mac app Version 3.1 (122).

Hi Robert,

Please try to sign in with your username and password instead of the Google sign in process.

Let me know if you are able to do so.

Thanks,
Brendon.
