Todoist iCal feed is off by 1 hour in Outlook or Google Calendar

HC

Hello,

I'm in (GMT -400) America/New_York timezone.

I added my Todoist iCal feed to my Outlook calendar and Google calendar. In both cases, the timings are off by 1 hour. For example, item due at 7 AM in Todoist is showing up as 8 AM in Outlook and Google calendar and item due at 10 AM in Todoist is showing up as 11 AM in Outlook and Google calender, etc.

Thanks,
Harpreet

Hello Harpreet,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue. Please make sure that you have the same time zone selected in Todoist's Settings and on your computer and in Outlook and Google Calendar.

Also, please tell me - what's the complete exact due date format you use for these tasks (as it's seen in the due date field when you edit the task)?

Best regards,
David

I have exactly the same problem.

My timezone in Todoist is set to GMT+0400 (Europe/Moscow).
In my Outlook 2010 it is set to UTC+04:00 (Volgograd, Moscow, Saint-Petersburg).
Event scheduled to 19:00 in Todoist appears at 20:00 in Outlook.

Thanks,
Sergey

Hi Sergey,

Again, we can't reproduce this issue. Make sure to follow the steps mentioned above.

Also, try removing the feed from your calendar, and re-adding it. This could solve the issue.

Thanks,
Brendon.
