Date/Time changed/confused

Dates/times on several recurring tasks are confused. For example editing the task shows "every day @ 7am" but the date shows "Today at 1:00am" when viewing in the task list.

I've a Nexus 7 and this seems to have started after a Todoist Android update... last week maybe. Also seems to happen only to tasks which have been edited on the Android app.

I've checked time zone setting and they are correct.

Should I delete and re-enter those tasks? Is there a way to tell which tasks are affected?

Update: If I delete the affected tasks then create a new task, the date/time is set correctly. It is annoying to need to do this but works if only a small number of tasks are affected.

Hello Bill and Ben,

Such issue unfortunately existed in earlier version(s) of our Android app, but has been fixed in yesterday's update. Please go to Android's Settings -> Apps, clear Todoist's cache, then uninstall it and the reinstall the latest version from the PlayStore. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks. I have automate update installation flagged in the Play Store so the update may have already been installed. Does the auto update installation clear the cache?

Bill,

Technically it should clear the cache, but in case of this issue (to be sure) we recommend to clear the cache manually.

I'm having this issue in the online version, just in chrome - what can I do for this? is there a way to clear the cache there?

Hello Heather,

If you have the correct time zone selected in Todoist as well as on your computer and the issue persist, please log out and clear Todoist's cache by going to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and removing todoist.com from this list. Then, reload the browser, log back in and let us know if the issue persists.
