How can I retrieve my tasks now that the web app has frozen and now won't let me access tasks at all?

Hello Tim,

Please try to clear all Todoist's offline data (storage and cookies). Each browser should allow you to selectively delete a site's cookie; please let me know what browser you're using and I'll provide you with instructions.

Also - what happens exactly when the web-app freezes? When does it freeze? During the login process or after?

Thanks for your reply.

I am using Chrome, and I login with my Google account. When I try to login, I get a Todoist tab opening with three squares oscillating, trying to load, but it can't get past that.

Prior to being frozen out of the login - the last time I was able to login - some projects presented in duplicates, with some tasks missing and some tasks replicated to the hundreds. I had no control then, the app was frozen on screen trying to sync but never succeeding.

Okay, just logged in now after some delay, but with some tasks replicated in the thousands, some project names duplicated but empty of tasks, and indenting out of sync with most recent adjustments made via iphone app - which I've since logged out of and can no longer log into.

Hello Tim,

Thank you for this information. So it seems to happen after you've used our official iPhone app or are you using any third-party apps as well? Also, do you have any script- or ad-blocking plugins installed in your browser?
