Creating a hyperlink to a folder on my computer

Is there code or a trick I can put in a todist task where I can add a clickable pathway to a folder (or file) on my computer? I know I can upload a file (in premium), but what if I just want to point to a folder or file on my computer and use it there? If I paste a path like so, Link, it still won't activate a clickable link. Suggestions?

Hello Paige,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to link to local files or folders from Todoist. We will consider adding such option in the future and you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/153/
