Subscribe to Premium via Google Play, but not getting Premium features
I subscribe to the premium version via Google Play market, but each month the premium membership features drop out for some time (like today). I have an email receipt from Google that the payment has gone through on the 20 Feb, but today 26 Feb I can't access premium features.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. We've extended your Premium membership manually, but we'd like to look into what caused this issue and to do so, we would greatly appreciate if you could send the last payment receipt you've got from Google PlayStore to email@example.com
