Unable to install Todoist to work laptop

Hello, when I try to install todoist on my work laptop, it pops up an error during install:

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\mithchelt\AppData\local\Temp\VSD1547.tmp\VSTOR40\vstor40_x86.exe' has change since it was initially published. Click OK to retry the download, or cancel to exit setup.'

Again, this is my work computer, so I am sure the system has admin rights as well.

Things I did:
Ran as admin
Tried multiple times

Hello Trey,

Assuming you're referring to the Outlook plugin, please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, click "Go" next to COM Add-ins and then check the box next to "OutlookTodoist" to activate it.

If it's not there, please try to go to your system's Control Panel -> Programs and Features (formerly "Add/Remove Programs") and uninstall "OutlookTodoist" from there.

Now, try to repeat this process a couple of times. Unfortunately, this is a known issue which we're currently working on and it will be addressed very soon as we publish a new update to our Outlook plugin.

David, the program is not even installing. The instillation process gets interrupted by the error I shared above. So, the above options do not apply to my issue, yet.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\mitchelt\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD15B.tmp\install.log' for more information.

That is the actual error text.

Trey,

Please tell me - are you trying to run the installer directly from the browser's downloader (choosing "Open" instead of "Save")? Try to save it locally and then run it.

If this won't help, please tell me - do you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 ( http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992 ) and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools (http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=35594 ) installed on your computer?
