No access to premium features after upgrading

Hi,

I paid to get the premium services, but it seems like that I still can't access all the premium features.

On web version of todoist, setting menu still shows "Todoist Premium" button on the right top. When I click on it, it advertises the $29/year premium account with my premium membership on top of the screen (saying "Your Premium Membership expires on February 21, 2014.")

This seems like that I don't get all the features, or something is wrong at least.

Pls look into this problem, and fix it.

Hello,

According to our database, you have an active Premium account until Feb 21, 2014.

Please clarify - can you see the q: and the @ links below the search box? Can you add a task note? Can you view your complete task history in the "# Completed" link in the top-right corner? These are all premium features which should be accessible. If they're not - try to log out and back into the web-app.

Regarding the "Todoist Premium" page - it will always be there allowing you to pay for multiple years in advance.

This is occurring to me. Is there lag between when you sign up for premium and when you receive premium services?

Hi Calvin,

It can take up to an hour, but that is rare. Please make sure you are signing into the correct account on all the apps/plugins you are using.

I am having this issue too. I upgraded earilier in the week and premium features are not appearing. Says I have be upgrade.

Have you logged out of each device? As your account is Premium on our end.

Hi,

Yes, logged out on all three devices I have then logged back in. Same experience. When I go to the Settings > ToDoist Premium is essentially doesn't recognize my upgrade. On my iPad it says "Unlock your Potential", on my android phone it says "Unlock your Potential" and on my computer it says (Even though it says at the top of the screen my upgrade expires March 5, 2015):

Hi,

If your web version shows an expiration date, then it's Premium. As you can see on these forums you show as Premium as well. What exactly are you not able to do on the web version?

Are you sure you are signing into the same account on your mobile devices? If you use Google to sign in on one but not the other, it could be different accounts.

Dear ToDoist,
I have the same problem as mentioned above. I upgraded to premium on 3/17/2014 and, 10 hours later, I still cannot access premium features. I paid $29 via paypal and have the receipt. I have logged out, and back in, on my iPad, iPhone, and Mac computer to no avail. Every time I attempt to use a premium feature, I am not allowed and told I need to upgrade to premium.

Please advise.

I'm having the same problem as Matt.

Paid through Paypal yesterday - got a receipt / trans. ID from PayPal but no confirmation from ToDoist or any signs of activation on desktop or mobile.
