Outlook button question

JK

Hi! At the bottom right of the Todoist pane in Outlook, there are two buttons. One looks almost like a circle and I believe it means 'refresh'. Is that correct? (there's no hover text to indicate what it does).

The other button looks like an arrow in a box. It opens a Todoist pane in a separate window, which is really great - except that I can't scroll down in the new window. Is that working as intended?

Thanks!

Hello Joshua,

Thank you for your report. It should not work this way. This icon should indeed open the Todoist mini version in a new window, but it should be possible to scroll in this new window.

I have passed this issue to the developers of this plugin and we will address this issue in future updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
David

For me, the arrow icon opens up IE. (I'm on windows)
Is there a way to have it open up in the OS's default browser?

All other links when I'm using my regular Outlook opens up in my OS's default browser...which I've selected as Chrome.

Hello James,

Our plugin always uses IE to connect and will also open an IE window when you use the arrow at the bottom regardless of which browser is set as default.

For our next update of the Outlook plugin, we're considering using a different approach or an alternative browser engine to improve it's performance and fix some issues.

Best regards,
David
