TD plug-in suddensly disapears form outlook home page until restart application.
Hello Štěpán,Please clarify - did the plugin pane disappeared by itself while you've had Outlook opened or did it fail to open as you've opened Outlook?We are aware of an issue that affects the pane which results in the plugin not being loaded when opening Outlook and it must be activated through Outlook's Options -> Add-ins -> clicking "Go" next to "COM Add-ins" at the bottom and checking off the box next to OutlookTodoist. We're going to address this issue in future updates of the plugin. Sorry for the inconvenience.Best regards,David
A had to manually allow TD in Outlook AddIns. TD doesn´t show when I minimize Outlook to systray, and run it from quick lounch so as another instance. It hppend to disapear, but still don´t have found any reasin or connection to test it.
Štěpán,Thank you fir this information. Unfortunately, we couldn't reproduce this issue. We've used Outlook 2010, set it to "Hide When Minimized", but restoring it either from the tray or the Quick Launch area showed the Todoist bar inside it.We'll continue to try to identify the source of this issue.Best regards,David
Sinnce I have found restoring form systray works, TD is functional for me. I will inform You about new informations.
It´s deffinitely working only wiht 1st Outlook instance. No way to relaunch TD in others. Even if manualy started in Add-ins.
