Windows App not functioning correctly

I installed the windows app but when I click on it to access my todo list I get the labels info page, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a number of times but I still cannot access my todoist and it always shows only the use of labels info page.
Can you help, if not I will have to look elsewhee for a similar provider.

Hello Colin,

Please go to the notifications area (system tray), click on the TD icon and choose "Logout". This should forward you to the login page and after you log in, you should see your to-do list.

I don't have a problem accessing my to doist via the web site,

My problem is when I use the desk topn icon on or off line I only get your label info page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times with no success I CANNOT access todoist via the desktop icon. I get the label page info and cannot move from there,.

Colin,

Please clarify - are you referring to the Todoist for Windows app available here: http://todoist.com/windows

If so, then please follow the instructions mentioned above. When the Todoist for Windows app is opened, it shows a small orange TD icon in the notifications area (system tray). The notifications area is placed in the bottom-right corner of your Windows system - it contains the system clock as well as a couple of icons representing the active services. One of the icons may be a small arrow which shows other icons not visible right away. This is where you will find the TD icon which you can click, log out and it will clear the app's cache, bring you to the login page within the app and then you should see your to-do list.
