I keep getting this error when access my calendar feed: "the file's events don't have UID properties".Please let me know what can be done to get rid of that error message. Thanks,Ben
Hello Ben,Please tell me - what calendar software are you using and when exactly does this issue occur?Best regards,David
I get this error in Postbox Mail program and also when I try to subscribe within Hotmail.
Ben,Hotmail unfortunately doesn't support our feed.Unfortunately, a similar issue may apply to Postbox. According to this information: http://support.postbox-inc.com/entries/109422-Using-Postbox-with-iCal"Versions of Postbox purchased through the Mac App Store do not contain support for iCal in order to comply with Apple's Mac App Store Guidelines. Thus, you can:1. Continue to use the version of Postbox managed by the Mac App Store, without iCal integration, or2. Download and install Postbox from the Postbox website, for free, to enable iCal integration, however, this version will no longer be managed by the Mac App Store, and updates will be provided by Postbox."Please tell me - can you add a different iCal based feed (not from Todoist) to Postbox without seeing this issue?Best regards,David
I am using Windows. And Yes, I can add other Ical feeds and I do not receive that error.Do you have plans to make your feed work with Hotmail?
Ben,We're unsure why Hotmail refuses to recognize our iCal feed. It is possible that Postbox doesn't recognize it for the same reasons. We will consider changing our iCal feed's structure in the future. You're welcome to add a request for Postbox support with the iCal feed to our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/Best regards,David
