printing issues

I am logged into the correct account on both devices but the problem continues. I can sink both devices but can not print.

Hello Adrian,

Please clarify:
- What printing issue are you experiencing?
- What happens exactly when you click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and choose "Print current page"?
- What browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser?
