Synching with Mobile Devices

I updated my projects and tasks on my iPhone, but it is not "synching" on the desktop. A) Has anybody else had this problem, and what is the solution. Thanks in advance!

Hello Gary,

Please try to edit one project's name or add one task to a project and then use the circular sync icon at the top. Now, refresh the view on the web-app and let me know if the issue persists.

Also, please make sure that you're logged into the same Todoist account through the mobile and the desktop app.

David- problem still exists - I edited and refreshed, as well as insured that is logged in with the same username and password (through my Google Account)

1/2 of my tasks seem to be one day behind

Gary,

Please clarify - so all your data is being synchronized (as in - visible on both platforms), but only certain tasks have incorrect due dates?

If that's the case, please make sure that you have the same time zone selected in:
- Todoist's Settings (on the web-app in Settings -> General)
- Your desktop computer
- Your iPhone

If you do, please let us know and we will try to fix the incorrect dates as we're indeed experiencing a certain date and timezone relater issue. We're working on it right now.
