Account is not updated to Premium
I've paid for premium account via PayPal. But my account is not updated. How long does it take to recieve the premium features in my account?
My PayPal and Todoist mails differs, but I paid via pressing update button in Todoist, so I thought that the payment should go the right way.

The changes take effect immediately. Please make sure that you were logged into the same Todoist account when you were paying as the one you're normally using. If you've used the Google Login option, but have created the account by manually typing an email/password combination, a new account might have been created.
If that's not the case and you're certain that you've never created another Todoist account with a different email address, please send:
- the email address you've used with PayPal to subscribe
- and the unique transaction ID of your payment
Unfortunately, there is a technical issue on PayPal's side. We're investigating it with PayPal support and we hope it will be resolved very soon. For now, you've been given 1 month of Todoist Premium and we will extend it to the full time you've paid for as soon as this issue is solved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have the same issue. Just upgraded today - cannot access premium features.
We've replied to your email report and your account is now Premium, please try to log out and back in to see the changes.

I'm having the same issue with my upgrade as well. Can not access premium features. I'll email you my paypal transaction ID.

Same issue. Ordered within Todoist to Paypal. Same account login. Logged out and back in. Cleared Chrome Cookies, etc. My account is not showing Premium status and Paypal shows payment cleared. I don't mind waiting but wanted to bring another members difficulty to your upgrade setup.

While PayPal is investigating this issue, we can activate your Premium membership for 1 month (temporarily - it will be extended), but we'll need to locate your payment and to do so, please send the email address you've used with PayPal to subscribe or the unique transaction ID of the payment to email@example.com

I can confirm that your account is upgraded. Please log out and back into it so the upgraded version will be loaded. If this won't help, please log out, clear your browser's cache and then log back in.

I upgraded today and paid by PayPal - but the Premium page says my premuim account expired on June 12. Can you help please?
According to our database, your account is Premium until August 4th, 2014.
Please make sure that you've logged out and back into it after the payment so the upgraded version can load into your browser. If this won't help - please clear your browser's cache.

You are premium on our end. Please sign out and back in again, if this does not help please clear our browsers cache.
I am having the same issue, I signed up and paid for premium via PayPal today and my account has not been updated. I have confirmed that I used the correct log in details and checked my PayPal account and the money has been deducted. Finally, I have signed in and out several times and the account is still not premium.
You do show up as Premium on our end. It could have just taken a bit of time, please try to log out and back in again.
If not, try clearing the cache for your browser :)
I've paid a month to try Todoist premium on my android device. It works well. But in Chrome on my Win 7 PC it seems to be non-premium.
P.S. I'm logging in with my Google account on both.

Please try clearing the cache for Chrome. Top right corner --> 3 Dots --> Settings --> Show Advanced Settings --> Content Settings --> AlL Cookies & Site Data --> Search for Todoist
