I have had this same problem for 2 days on both Chrome and Explorer. I can log in to my account online, but once there nothing seems to work. The only thing that is clickable and functions is the "7 days" sorting option. I cannot edit any of my existing tasks, and clicking on any of my projects does nothing. Even the "Settings" gear icon is static - so I can't even log out.
I've restarted everything multiple times (computer, browser, etc.), and emptied my cache. Not sure what else to try. All of the other websites I go to within the browser function just fine.
Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this issue in any browser and haven't received any other reports about it.
Please go to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and remove todoist.com from the list there. If this won't help, please open Chrome's Incognito Window (Ctrl+Shift+N) and let me know if the issue persists there as well.
If it does, try to disable all add-ons/extensions in Chrome and re-enable them one-by-one to see which one caused this issue.
Also, please tell me - did you install any new software at the time this issue started to occur? Any scrip- or ad-blockers, firewalls, anti-virus software etc.?
Thanks, David. I went through my extensions and removed something called Snap.Do - not sure how it appeared there in the first place (this is an office computer), but once I removed it, Todoist started working again.
