Won't accept new email address
I have a premium account. I need to change the email address the alerts are sent to, but the system won't allow me to change the email. When I try the EDIT function, I get an error message.
Please tell me:
- What exactly does the error message say and when does it occur (when you click on edit or after you type in the new address and try to save it)?
- Can you reproduce this issue in at least one different browser (if so - which browsers did you try)?
Please note that if you're using a Google Account to log in, it may be necessary to go to the Authorizations tab (in Settings) and unlink it from your account first, then change the address and if it's also a GMail address - authorize it afterwards.
