Date problem

From last week i have faced a problem. When i postpone the task to monday it shows the tast in tuesday. Always it shows one day later. For example i have a task for every monday but it is shown in tuesday's task.

Hello Hasan,

Please clarify - what exact due date formats are used within these tasks and when do you postpone them (and how)?

For example - if the task has a due date "every day" and it's overdue by one day showing "yesterday" on the list and it's Monday. when you postpone it by right-clicking on it and choosing "Postpone" it will be moved to Tuesday.

For example i have a task for 16 Jan. After i restart the app for windows or reload todoist web page sometimes i see my task in day 17 Jan and i set the date 16 Jan. But again the task is seen in 17 jan day. I have generally see a problem to see my tasks one day later without doing anythink just reload.

Please make sure that you have the exact same time zone set in Todoist Settings -> General and on your computer.

There is no problem with time zone set. It is true. For example i have 3 task today actually. But suddenly i see there is no task for today. All this task are included task for tomorrow. Also some tomorrow's are seen the day after tomorrow. This problem is became for one week. Before that there is no .

I am experiencing the exact same problem as Hasan. I just added all my school work from my syllabus and all of a sudden every day shifted one day later. My time zone for Todoist was on Eastern, while my computer was on Central. I changed that but the dates are still one day later. I am willing to go through and correct the dates as long as I know it won't happen again. Otherwise, I'm not sure I can trust the dates I have entered.

Hello Mick,

Please try to log out from your Todoist account, clear your browser's cache and Todoist's offline data (this may need to be done manually in some browsers), reload the browser, log back in and let me know if the issue persist.

We've fixed an issue with disappearing due dates, it's possible that it was also affecting the issue you've described. Please let us know if you encounter it again in the future.
