Не могу настроить уведомления по sms

С

Телефон указал, при клике "Отправить тестовое SMS" ничего не приходит. Пробовал ставить время напоминания у задачи, тоже sms не приходит.

Hello,

Please make sure that you're using the correct phone number format, for example: +7123456789 that is - including your country and/or area code, no spaces and a plus sign at the front.

Also, please try to repeat the test 3 times, once using each of our outgoing hosts - the US host and then both Canadian hosts. You can select a host when editing the phone number from the "Number to send from" drop-down menu.

Спасибо. А можно где-то настроить на каком языке должны приходить sms оповещения?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose in what language the SMS will arrive. It should contain the name of your task, but in case of Russian letters, we've had to transliterate then as our provider unfortunately doesn't support them and the SMS would only contain question marks.

Please note that if you're using our Android or iPhone app, you could also receive push notifications instead and they should arrive unchanged.

Здравствуйте

С недавних пор перестали работать sms уведомления, хотя ранее все работало замечательно. Настройки не менял, номер указан правильно. Тестовые sms тоже сейчас не приходят, но раньше приходили.
Помогите, пожалуйста

Hello Vladimir,

If you can't receive the test SMS through either of the 3 hosts (US and 2 Canadian), please send your full phone number to david@doist.io we'll send 3 tests and if they won't arrive - contact our SMS provider.
