Premium paid but not allowing in Outlook Plugin

I paid for the premium option. I can access notes in my iphone mobile app but it is not allowing in the Outlook Plug-in. Tasks are syncing properly though... but cant see notes I added in Mobile in the Outlook view.

Hello Bill,

Please try to log out from the Outlook plugin and then log back in. If this won't help, try to log out, clear Internet Explorer's cache (the Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect) and then log back in.
