Hello,

According to our database, all your accounts are active Premium accounts. Please try to log out and back in or clear your browser's cache.

Please note that the "Add email as task" feature requires one of our plugins. You can see how it works in Chrome in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfslbgUv4F4&list=PL2EEC42CE38B0AF8E&index=19

Best regards,
David

Hi David

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I had realised it needed to be installed. I saw another forum question where they had the same problem, and you hadn't been able to replicate it. Basically I have:

- logged in and out of todoist several times
- uninstalled and reinstalled the to-doist addon, and gone to the trust centre to activate it
- cleared my internet explorer cache

However all I get is the "add todoist" button up the top. It doesn't work when you click on it, no dropdown functionality, nor is there any todoist options in my emails/calendar etc.

Any more progress on this bug?
Thanks
Christine

Hello Christine,

Unfortunately, we still can't fully identify why the Outlook plugin doesn't show up in the side bar on the right in some cases. Please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook are you using?
- Do you have full administrative rights and using your admin account? Did you use "Run as Administrator" on the installer?

Best regards,
David

Hi Tom

That's ok, I find PCs often do things they're not supposed to do!

So I have Microsoft 2007, and yes, I'm the administrator.

Fingers crossed a fix gets found soon. In the interim, please let me know if you think of any other things I can try.

In the meantime I'm using the great desktop app to view, so things could be worse.

Thank you
Christine
