+ Add Question

Just upgraded - now wont load in Outlook

Hi,

I just upgraded to premium but now it wont load in outlook. i've closed out and restarted outlook, have gone through the Add-ins option and made sure it is enabled but it wont finish loading. Please help! Thanks!

Hello Jeniffer,

We're currently experiencing some issues with our service and Internet Explorer and the Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect. We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on a fix right now.
