Malware

I installed malwarebytes software and now ToDoIst won't load into Outlook. It says it's disabled and when I manually accept it still doesn't come back. Do I have to delete the malware software from my computer for it work again?

Hello Jaimie,

If the malware software has an option to add exceptions, please try to add todoist.com and cloudfront.net to the list of trusted sites or the whole plugin (if possible) to the list of trusted software.

If there's no such option, try to uninstall and reinstall the Todoist plugin (it can be uninstalled through the Add/Remove Programs list where it's listed as "OutlookTodoist").

If this won't help either, you could try to disable the malwarebytes software and see if it will help.

We can assure you that our software is not malware, but unfortunately, some anti-malware plugins may recognize it as such due to the fact that it connects to your Todoist account (sends and receives data through the internet).
