Hello Philippe,

To delete your account, log in at todoist.com click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, choose "Settings" and go to the "Account" tab. At the bottom you'll find an option to delete it.

Best regards,
David

Hello Nissone,

Please go to Settings -> Account and there, before you use the "Delete account" link, use the "Edit" option in the "Password" section to set a password just for your Todoist account. Then you'll be able to use this password as a confirmation.

Best regards,
David

I am trying to do the same thing. I signed up with my Google account and went to the Settings->Account page. When I click "Edit" next to "Password", nothing happens. When I try the "Delete account" link, I get the warning that I need to supply my password, which is not set - but I can't set it because of the problem with the "Edit" link.

Tony,

Which browser are you using? Try logging out, clearing the cache for that browser, and log back into it. Then try to set the password.

Brendon.

I'm using Firefox 26. Tried logging out, clearing cache, and logging in with the same results.

I pull up my account settings page, it shows everything accurately (including some asterisks in the password field, even though I don't actually have a password). When I click the "Edit" link next to the password, nothing happens.

Hello Tony,

Thank you for your report, we'll look into it. It seems to happen only on Firefox, though, I've been able to access this option through Chrome.

Best regards,
David
