I want Premium but will not pay with PayPal

JB

As an life-long tech entrepreneur and as a consumer I refuse to work with PayPal for a 1,000 experiences and reasons. I will continue to use your free version because I love your app.

However, I'm astounded that such astute developers of such a great product would use PayPal as your payment gateway. I won't tell you how to run your business, but there are a thousand better recurring payment service providers that don't put a piece of crap company between you and your customers (IMO). Let me know and I'll happily send you a few examples of better gateway options.

Looking forward to the possibility of being a future paying customer!

Hello Jaden,

So far, we've never had any issues with PayPal, but we'll certainly consider providing other payment options for direct payment through the web-app. You're welcome to vote and post your suggestions for this request: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/34/

For now, in order to purchase Todoist Premium without using PayPal, please download and install one of our free mobile apps:
- for Android http://todoist.com/android
- for iPhone http://todoist.com/iphone
and you'll be able to pay using either the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.

Best regards,
David

I appreciate you awesome support and that there are actually alternative methods of payment through other third-parties. However, if I would purchase your service it would be a business expenses and having to report it for reimbursement instead of just using my business credit card is not going to work for me.

Just to be clear, you may not have had problems with PayPal yourself but there are a gazillion people who have:

As a corporate citizen in the small venture and startup universe, you really should learn more about what kind of company you force your customers to do business with.

Take my thoughts for what their worth.
