Installed plug in for Chrome and signed up for Premium but still can't see 'Add email as task' button when in Gmail, it still shows 'Add website as task'
I experienced the same thing when I first used the chrome plugin. It shows " add website as a task" unless you enter a specific email.Once you load an email, it then changes to "add e-mail as task" after you hit the Add task button.Cheers,Brendan
Hello David,As Brendan said - the link changes if you open a message. However, it's also possible that it won't if you're using a GMail Lab add-in called "Preview Pane". Unfortunately, this adding changes the URL so that if you open a message, the unique ID of this message is not displayed in which case we can't track it and our plugin doesn't know that a message is opened or which one it is.Best regards,David
Thanks to you both. Disabling the 'Preview Pane' add in has sorted it, which is a shame because it was a nice feature of Gmail.RegardsDave
