Daily Digest Emails Not Arriving

A

I used to receive the Daily Digest emails every morning, but about 1 week ago they just stopped coming randomly. I did not unsubscribe.

I've checked my spam folder and they are not there. I've double checked my email address and it is correct. I've even gone to an old Daily Digest email, clicked the unsubscribe link at the bottom of it and then resubscribed as some other support questions have mentioned.

Nothing seems to work to get the Daily Digest emails to be sent to me any more. Any thoughts?

Hello AJ,

Please tell me, do you have any upcoming task scheduled? The Daily Digest is only sent when there's past current or upcoming activity/tasks on your account.

I have the same problem.

Except that I have never actually received the dail digest email at all.

I have had a premium todoist Aaccount since Nov 22nd, however I have not received a single digest email.

I receive the reminders for individual tasks that I have applied an email reminder too though.

I usually have about 10 or so tasks everyday so that should be enough activity to trigger the daily e-mail?

There is a number of people wishing to turn the digest off, however I'd like to see it first before I make that decision ;-)

Hi David,

I do have tasks scheduled. Today I had at least 3, with no reminder sent this morning. Tomorrow I have 4 tasks.

I do not receive daily digests, but would love to. Where do you set this up (as a Premium user)?

Hello,

We've identified the source of this issue and have fixed it. Please let us know in case you won't receive your Daily Digest tomorrow.

Scott, this feature is available by default. Unless you manually unsubscribed from the Digest, you should receive it.

Thanks I found a copy of the digest in my email. I subscribed again.

If I was unable to find this email, how would I re-subscribe?

We will consider adding an option to subscribe/unsubscribe in the Settings.

Hi David,

I still did not receive my Daily Digest yesterday (Nov 29), nor today (Nov 30). I checked my spam folder without any luck. Also, I do have items scheduled for today along with some items which are overdue.

Please tell me - have you ever used the "Click here to unsubscribe" link in the Daily Digest email? Try to find one such mail, use this link and you'll see an option to re-subscribe, try doing so and let me know if you receive a Digest tomorrow.

I am still not receiving a daily difest email either.

I have never received one to be able to unsubscribe, and there is not one to be found in my emails' spam folder.

Hello Brendan,

Please make sure that your mail client/host isn't blocking messages from the todoist.com domain. Also, do you have any tasks due tomorrow or recently overdue?

Thanks for the reply. I use Gmail so I wouldn't think todoist.com would be blocked?

I regularly have 8-10 tasks minimum due each day (daily repeating tasks)

I'm also having this problem. Not in spam folder, and resubscribed twice, including today.

I like the idea of managing the daily digest from settings.

Daily Digests have been set out today and every day since my announcement on Dec 3rd.

Please make sure that that you're using the correct timezone in your Todoist account settings and that at least full 24 hours have passed since you've re-subscribed.

I am still not receiving the daily digest e-mails here.

I have never received them previously, so have never un-subscribed or re-subscribed to them.

I have multiple tasks each and every day.

It's now been 3 days since your announcement, and I still have not received any Daily Digests. I have had active tasks for each day, checked my spam folder, verified my email address, checked my timezone and have given it now between 48 - 72 hours since last re-subscribing. Any further suggestions?

We're not sure why you're not receiving them right now as we can confirm that they're being sent and arrive in all our accounts we use for testing (multiple Todoist accounts on multiple mailboxes from multiple hosts).

I will pass this issue to the developers and will inform you if there are any other options you may try to see if it will help. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

According to our database, you are not subscribed for the Daily Digest email.

However, you can now control the subscription in Settings (gear icon in top-right corner) -> Account. You can choose to receive Newsletters and Daily Digests.

I just checked as well. Despite all the re-subscribing I did recently trying to get it to work, I guess it never re-subscribed me. Glad you added this to the settings. Thanks!
