I only have access to SOME premium features

I have noticed that I only can access some premium features like reminders and notes, but when I click the settings menu, it wants me to upgrade to Premium. I would really like to be able to email a task to myself. I have uninstalled the Outlook plug in and cleared cache, but no luck. Help!

Using IE 9

Hello Gayla,

Your account is Premium and active. You will always see the "Upgrade now" button on the "Premium" page in case you would like to pay for more years in advance.

If you want to send tasks via email, please enter a specific project, you'll see that each task has a gear icon on its right side, but so does the header at the top of the list. Click on the gear icon next to the header (which says "Task Action" when you hover over it) and choose "Email tasks to this project" from the drop-down menu.

If this will show you the "Upgrade now" message, try to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox and let me know if the issue persists in the other browser as well.

Best regards,
