Outlook plugin does work, please help...

I installed outlook plugin and it keeps loging FOREVER...
I see it in outlook Add-in section but still cant make it work.

Please help me...thnx

Hello Jean,

Please clarify - the Todoist plugin pane shows up on the right side, but you see the "Loading" screen permanently? Are there any error messages? Do you see the loading animation?

Please try to clear Internet Explorer's cache (the plugin always uses Internet Explorer's frame to connect to Todoist) and see if you can access todoist.com through Internet Explorer.

If this won't help, please tell me:
- Which version of IE is installed on your computer?
- Which version of Windows and Outlook are you using?
- Are you using any custom security settings in IE?
