I 'veupgraded to Premium, and even though I can access Premium features on the browser I cannot on the Outlook Add-in. I've already tried reinstalingl the add-in and logout/login. Anything else I should try?
Hello Miguel,Please make sure that you're logging in through Outlook to the same Todoist account as you do on the web. The upgrades are set for an account, not the specific apps so the only cause for this can be that the plugin reads a cached version of the free account.That said, please log out from your account in Outlook, close Outlook, open Internet Explorer (which our plugin always uses to connect), clear the cache in IE, close it, then reopen Outlook and log back in.Best regards,David

Hi David,I understood, I have two logins I think, one time I did a login with my google account and another time I did a login with a account that I created on todoist. But with both accounts I cant access Premium features.
