How can I turn off digest?

YV

Every day I receive a Todoist digest. How can I turn it off? Settings dialog does not have such adjustment, and my Reminder setting is set to no default.

Thanks,
Yury

Hello Yury,

You can unsubscribe from the Daily Digest using the "Click here to unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every such message.

Best regards,
David

Hello,

In order to turn off the "Daily Digest", please log into your Todoist account at http://todoist.com click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings -> Account.

Here, you can decide which emails you want to receive in the "Email Settings" section or permanently delete your Todoist account with the link at the bottom of this window. If you've signed up with a Google Account, please set a Todoist password (also in the same window) so you can use it to confirm the deletion.

Best regards,
David

there is no link in the email and no option in the settings. Spam guaranteed?

Hello Tomas,

Please log in at https://todoist.com click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, go to Settings -> Account and you will see 3 drop-down menus - one to turn off newsletters, another to turn off the Daily Digest and the third to turn off Karma.

Best regards,
David

I've logged on. All notifications are swithed off. And I am still receiving the digest.

Tomas,

Please confirm - did you go to Settings -> Account or Settings -> Notifications? The notifications have nothing to do with the Digest.

Also, are you receiving the Daily Digest to the same email address as the one you've used to log in?

Best regards,
David

Thanks, it seems now it's ok. I was checking for digest in the notifications menu.
