Hello Javier,

You don't need to open a PayPal account if you click on "I don't have a PayPal account" and use a direct credit card payment.

Alternatively, you can purchase Todoist Premium through our mobile apps, for example - using the Google Play Store through the Android app: http://todoist.com/android

Best regards,
David

Hi David/Todoist,

I wish I had a business like yours! I want to pay you but I cant and yet I keep trying - going to go down the phone app option and Google Play Store.

I tried the credit card option (by far preferred) and paypal is yet again tricking me into opening one of their user-unfriendly and cumbersome accounts.

This is a great software and I will purchase but you should make it easy to give you money!!

Cheers

Roger

Hello Roger,

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that a PayPal account is free of charge regardless of whether it's been used or not and the payment process should be very easy through PayPal.

If you've experienced any particular issues with it, we would greatly appreciate if you could specify at which point you've experienced any problems with the PayPal payment.

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

Mostly as I am an expat and usually move country every 2 years and its the process of setting up new credit cards where they ask you enter a code from the printed credit card statement is just such a long-winded drawn out process. I have 2 pending card with them to be approved and the debit does not show up on the statement and frankly I have lost patience with them...again!

I cant see why you guys dont accept credit cards directly.

Thanks anyway for coming back.

Kind regards

Roger
